As of right now, there isn’t a super-easy way to do this, unfortunately.
I’m not sure if it would work with parent/child categories, but I would try categorizing/tagging my posts into the separate areas of my page. That way, each list will only display posts in the chosen category/tag, and not overlap with other lists.
