If it’s a regular page with a list on it, the pagination should work fine. Does the pagination work if you add /page/2 to the URL?
As for getting the attachment image and outputting it as a featured image, I haven’t been able to find a solution. If you’re able to find any examples I might be able to provide the WPSP-compatible code?
