Sorry newbie here with a few questions – apologies if i use the wrong terms
1)
I have created using WSP a ‘latest posts’ post archive which shows the last x created posts, from the whole site.
I would like to add a badge that states the post category- ideally that overlays the feature image on the post tile
Is this possible? And how?
2)
How can I change the header font to match that of the themes – using GP so ideally would like it to reflect the post archive header style for consistency
Ideally with them being dynamically linked
3)
Any timeline of this becoming a block that can be used with a GP container?

To answer the question/s:
1.) It is possible, and actually, this has been done before.
Read more here: https://wpshowposts.com/support/topic/categories-inside-the-featured-images/2.) The plugin already uses the most preceding style that matches with assigned to the tag you use for its entry title (header).
For example: If you use<h2>for the title tag, it uses whatever H2 tag styles the theme has. (title tag is set within WPSP “Content” tab)3.) Unfortunately, we can’t give a set date yet as Tom has his hands full with GenerateBlocks Pro and fixing bugs caused by WordPress 5.6 release.
