    Hi,
    I try to insert a carousel in a page/post but it does not show up and in the console I see Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).slick is not a function

    Can you see if the error continues if you deactivate Autoptimize?

    I deactivated Autoptimize but the result is not as expected. To explain better what I see, I made a screen record.
    Now Autoptimize is active again, otherwise the performance of the site is worse. But you can deactivate for testing, after 11pm UTC is not so much traffic on the site.

    Hmm, do you have any other caching plugins activated? Anything to minify/combine scripts?

    Can you try with your other plugins deactivated?

    I have deactivated Clearfy, Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache but no change.
    If you want to have a look, I’ve sent you a login to support@wpshowposts.com @ 16 april and another today to support@generatepress.com because of the missing post revisions.

    Any chance you can turn off WP Fastest Cache so I can see the code better?

    OK; I’ve sent the login to support@wpshowposts.com so you can turn off wp fastest cache when you like. Late afternoon is better, then we are in Rome around midnight.

    Any chance we can set up a staging site? I’m not super comfortable debugging on a live site with traffic. I don’t want to break anything 🙂

    I made a clone at http://www.tourist-in-rome.com and have sent you the login details to support@wpshowposts.com
    The only difference is that wp fastest cache premium is not installed.

    Got it figured out.

    1. Disable masonry in the list, as it’s breaking the carousel. Will fix this in 1.0.

    2. Carousel doesn’t like Autoptimize CSS and JS options for some reason. I need to dig more into this.

    OK, shall I keep the cloned version online for your tests? Usually on that address I have a redirect to the active site.
