I used to have wpshowposts installed and removed the plugin meanwhile – in facetwp in the data source dropdown I still get lots of wpsp_…. like wpsp_ajax_pagination, wpsp_author_location, etc. options to choose from – how can I get rid of those

Those are custom fields, and should only appear in lists created by WP Show Posts. What’s the data source dropdown do/where does it pull data from?

You can try re-installing WPSP and then deleting any lists you created.
