Hello, I just purchased WPSP Pro in hopes of getting a little help with some basic design tweaks. Basically, I’m looking to position the meta term/category above the title, the only options are below title or below post.

Also, I’d like to add 20px of padding around the meta section only, not the entire card. When I use the padding option under the Columns tab, it adds padding around the entire card including the around the image, I’d like the image to be borderless without the padding.

I can send links to specific pages and references via email.

    Thanks!

Quick update: I was able to sort out the padding around the meta section only by using the default “base” card. For some reason, when using that option the padding isn’t applied to entire card, just the meta section like I was hoping for which is great.

So now, if you could just help with moving the category term to above the Title/Below the Image I should be good to go I believe.

    Thanks!

Hi again, alright, with a little more searching (sometimes I get better more specific results if I search google for the answers rather than in the forum search) I found this thread: https://wpshowposts.com/support/topic/show-terms-above-post-title/

I think I should be able to further style with some CSS from here.

Thanks anyway! Love everything that the GP team is doing.

    Cheers

    Hi Eric,

Yes, that should still work. You’ll need the wpsp_before_title hook if you need to move/insert anything above the title.

Thanks for letting us know. Glad you got it sorted. 😀
