[Support request] Specific posts order

Hi

I want posts in one category to sort in a special order (it would look like a book, parts of which are written by different authors at different times).
Opportunities (More Settings > Order by > ) are not suitable for this.

Maybe you can say how it can be done?
I guess it’s possible, but I do not understand what to look for
