    Hi there,

Can you try deactivating all of your plugins except for WPSP and WPSP Pro? This will let us know if there’s a plugin conflict.

    Let me know 🙂

So it works on other sites, but isn’t working on this one site?

And just to be sure, you tried with all other plugins deactivated?

Can you get your hosting to check your error_log file? Anything recent in there?

Yes tom, I try with all the plugins disabled, I have access to all the files but I can not find the error_log file, But the weird thing is that it works on all the other sites that I’ve tried, do not worry Tom, the site is radioesquelsur.com

Hmm, well you can ask your hosting to locate the error_log file for you – they’ll know where it is. It will at least give us a hint as to what’s going on with that one website.
