    hi everybody,

i ran into problems with the pagination feature, if i implement two wpsp-lists at one page. is this a known issue? i can somehow try to work around this problem.
i try to do the following: one list displaying a gallery (special taxonomy “portfolio”) – this list with pagination, and another list displaying 3 (latest) posts with featured image (i dont need pagination for these three posts).

the site is not yet online, first i want this little issue to be solved.

thanks tom for wpsp pro and of course generatepress and generateblocks. use all three on more and more sites.

    best!

    Hi there,

its a limitation of how post pagination works. You can only have one paginated list per page.

    hi david,
thanks for your superfast reply! i only need one paginated list. but even with one list paginated and the other one not, the output becomes kind of a mess…

Maybe having different IDs would help? Just shooting darts here – not sure if this is possible.

WordPress and multiple loops on one page can become a mess when dealing with pagination, even if only one list is paginated. It can also lead to duplicate content issues.

It’s a good idea only to use pagination with WPSP if the list is the only thing on the page. Paginated lists should be reserved for your default archives.
