    Hi,

Once set up the additional pages produce an error https://www.trademarkinteriors.com/projects/page/2/

    Thoughts?

    Hi there,

Can you try re-saving your permalinks in “Settings > Permalinks”? Sometimes you need to re-save them when a custom post type is introduced.

    Let me know 🙂

    Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response, I didn’t receive an email update. I tried the solution, no change. Produces a 404 error when pagination is selected and does nothing with the ajax feature selected. I do recall these features working before I added the custom header element, removing that element does not correct the issue. Thoughts?

As a side question, is it possible to use customized 404 pages with this theme/template??

How did you create the custom post type?

Does it work if you deactivate all of your plugins?

    Hi Tom,

The custom post type was created with a plugin (per Leo in the Generate Press forum) “Custom Post Type UI”

Did some testing, seems to be something with that page – the same shortcode installed on other pages works fine. Thoughts? Is it something to do with the custom header?? Here’s the page https://www.trademarkinteriors.com/projects/

Does it work if you temporarily disable the custom header?

What if you change the URL? Is there another page on your site using the same /projects permalink?

It does not work if I disable the header.

No other page is using that permalink – however when I changed the url it does work – my thought is that the custom post type (which is named “project”) conflicted with the page named “project” – does that make sense to you??

Yes, that makes sense. WordPress is likely getting confused and rightfully saying no pagination exists for the “project” page.
