Does displaying categories using the plugin (WPSP) affect positioning? I wonder because I’m displaying the same page twice. One of them is category archives, the other is created by the plugin (WPSP)

    Hi there,

I’m not sure I fully understand what you mean.

Any chance you can provide a link to the page in question? To get a better idea of what you mean. 😀

my thinking can be complicated. 😀 I want to create a category page using WPSP. the basic archives will stay, and I will create a new page and post the category posts there using WPSP. is this not a duplication for google?

is this not a duplication for google?

    To clarify:

By “positioning”, did you mean how high it displays on Google Search results?

If so, it really depends on how you’ve made the page.

Depending on your theme, if you’ve created a static page and just added post list on it without turning it into an actual archive page of a taxonomy, it may lack the necessary element attributes for SEO.

But I’m not exactly sure what you mean by “positioning” or “duplication for google”. We may need further clarification about this.
