ParticipantHi everybody,
I use a cpt ‘galerie’ and want to use WPSP on Singles of this post type. Everything work fine except pagination. This is how it Looks on pages and this on galerie.
The cpt was generated by Custom Post Type UI. There is no specific php code. This is the definition of the cpt.
name: galerie label: Galerien singular_label: Galerie description: Hier werden die Galerien gesammelt und mit Kategorien versehen. public: true publicly_queryable: true show_ui: true show_in_nav_menus: true show_in_rest: false rest_base: "" has_archive: true has_archive_string: Galerie - Archiv exclude_from_search: false capability_type: post hierarchical: false rewrite: true rewrite_slug: "" rewrite_withfront: true query_var: true query_var_slug: "" menu_position: "" show_in_menu: true show_in_menu_string: "" menu_icon: "" custom_supports: ""
What might be wrong?

KeymasterThat’s strange – those are both the same list?

ParticipantYes, thes are identical!

ParticipantI just found that WPSP list pagination doesn’t work on posts either. That means it is a problem independant of cpt. All post types except page seem to have the same mistake in handling of pagination.

KeymasterI’m not sure I understand. If you create a WPSP list that populates with regular posts, and set pagination to true, the pagination doesn’t work?
In that case, we need to find the conflict on your site (a function, plugin etc..), as pagination should be working fine on regular posts displaying regular posts.

ParticipantI use exactly the same WPSP list of galerie elements on a page, post and cpt – all with pagination. Pagination works great on pages. It does not work embedded on post and cpt.
I hope this clarifies the problem. Do you need access to my page?

KeymasterThat would be great – you can send it through our contact form here: https://wpshowposts.com/contact/

KeymasterDid you end up sending an email? We’ve been having email issues and didn’t receive anything.
Let me know 🙂

KeymasterReally sorry about this – it should (finally!) be fixed now.
Can you try one more time?

ParticipantI am sorry, but it is definitely not fixed. Have a look on demo pages in my first post.

ParticipantIs there no need to download a new version of WPSP / WPSP Premium?
June 12, 2018 at 7:48 pm #4896Tom
KeymasterI’m sorry – I meant that our email server was acting up and not receiving emails correctly. We’ve solved the email issue now, so if you can send the login details once more, I’ll take a look right away.
Sorry again for the delay and inconvenience!
