Thanks. One other question I had was if I am using WPSP on my live site, with lists already created, will they be overwritten when I push from the staging site to the live site?

Ok. So, there is no solution right now?
If I understand correctly I cannot use the Alpha Version of the plugin on a live site correct?
Also, any idea when 1.2 might be released?
